Visiting the Acadia National Park has made visitors aware of the many islands it covers. Acadia is comprised of Isle au Haut, Baker Island, the Schoodic Peninsula and Mount Desert Island. Like some national parks, it has a fjord that is often described as the only one in the East Coast.
